Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung von Datenmanagementprozessen rund um die Unternehmensdatenbank und sind interner Ansprechpartner:
in für neue und datengetriebene Lösungen.Sie sind zentrale/-r Ansprechpartner:
in zu Expertenfragestellungen bzgl.
Unternehmensdaten.Sie leiten und unterstützen bei Projekten zur Erschließung neuer Datenquellen, bzgl.
der Konzeption von Einspiel- und Verarbeitungsprozessen sowie von Datenqualitäts- und Reporting-Prozessen.Sie sorgen für ein umfängliches Verständnis der Datenverarbeitungs- und Qualitätsmanagementprozesse rund um die Unternehmensdatenbank und sind offen für neue Tools und Themen (z.B.
im Bereich Data Science).Sie tragen mit Ihren fundierten Datenanalysen und Ergebnisvisualisierungen wesentlich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.Das gesuchte Profil:
Sie haben einen Masterabschluß in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften mit datenanalytischem Hintergrund (z.B.
Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Digital Business oder vergleichbar).Sie bringen idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und in der Datenanalyse aus einem datengetriebenen Unternehmen mit und haben eine hohe Datenaffinität.Wünschenswert sind gute SQL-Kenntnisse bzw.
Erfahrungen im praktischen Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und Datenmodellen (z.B.
Oracle).Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrungen im praktischen Umgang mit Datenintegrationswerkzeugen wie z.B.
Python, Oracle Data Integrator, TOAD u.a.
