Baumschulmitarbeiter / Baumschulgärtner (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erledigung von abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben im Baumschulbetrieb, wie z.B. die Aussaat von Saatgut, Verschulung von Pflanzen, Pflanzarbeiten (mechanisch o. manuell), Bewässerung, Saatguternte, Kommissionieren der Pflanzen sowie allgemein anfallende Pflegearbeiten und Feldarbeiten
  • Ernte und Weiterverarbeitung unserer Baumschulkulturen
  • Erledigung von einfachen Be- und Entladearbeiten sowie allgemeiner Sortier- und Transportarbeiten
  • Mitarbeit im Pflanzenversand
Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Baumschulist/in, Garten- und Landschaftsbauer/in, Landwirt/in, Gärtner/in oder haben bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen sammeln können
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber auch als Quereinsteiger/in ist ein Einstieg möglich
  • Sie besitzen bestenfalls einen Führerschein der Klasse B/T, ein Staplerschein ist von Vorteil
  • Sie bringen gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein gutes Engagement, eine hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
