• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve TPMS sales targets in the DACH region, with a focus on the German market.
• Build and manage a robust distribution network for Autel TPMS products, including identifying and onboarding new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the tire and wheel industry, including tire shops, garages, and car dealerships.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and actively prospect new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Provide product training and technical support to distributors and end-users.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Autel at industry events and trade shows in the DACH region.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in sales within the automotive aftermarket, with a focus on TPMS or tire and wheel related products.
• Native German speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong existing network of contacts within the tire and wheel distribution channels in Germany is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the DACH automotive aftermarket and its specific requirements.
• Experience in building and managing distribution channels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
