Schichtleitung Spätdienst (m/w/d)Vollzeit, 38 Wochenstunden ab sofort oder Teilzeit (32 Wochenstunden), ab sofortWir wollen unseren Kollegen einen Gastronomiejob bieten, mit dem man gut Leben kann und achten darauf, dass du dich wohl fühlst.Wir bieten dir ein Gehalt von 2.400,-€ Brutto (in VZ) mit Zuschlägen für Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit, sowie Verpflegung und einen fairen Anteil am wöchentlichen Trinkgeld.Dazu bezahlen wir dir gerne dein U-Bahn Ticket zwischen deinem Wohnort und der Arbeit.Da wir weiter wachsen, kannst du dich zukünftig bei guten Leistungen auch anderweitig bei uns einbringen.2015 gründeten wir die New Era Coffee GmbH als klassisches Start-Up aus einem kleinen 2x2m Zelt heraus mit dem Fokus auf herausragenden Kaffee, leckere Speisen und eine besondere und persönliche Serviceleistung.
Heute betreiben wir mit diesen Grundwerten ein Café- & Barkonzept in München, Schwabing und sind als Eventcaterer im ganzen Land, vorwiegend auf großen Musikfestivals, unterwegs.AufgabenAls Ergänzung für unser junges, leistungsorientiertes Spätschichtteam wünschen wir uns zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Café Allrounder mit ausgeprägten Gastgeber- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
Wir schreiben unsere Dienstpläne flexibel im Dreiwochentakt und können die Arbeitszeiten ein Stück weit an deine Bedürfnisse anpassen.
Gerne geben wir dir an den Tagen frei, an denen es dir passt.
Wir arbeiten in den meisten Diensten mindestens zu Dritt so, dass jeder ein Kernaufgabengebiet hat (Bar, Service, Küche).
Trotzdem unterstützt beispielsweise der Service auch an der Bar, die Bar in der Küche z.B.
beim spülen, etc.
Es gibt also keine strikte Aufgabentrennung - jeder macht mal alles.
Deshalb teilen wir auch die wöchentlichen Trinkgelder fair unter allen Kollegen auf.Das Servieren und Kaffeemachen bringen wir dir im Rahmen unseres internen Trainingsprogramms bei - du darfst unsere Baristakurse besuchen und bekommst einen Mentor, der dich Stück für Stück durch alle Aufgabengebiete führt.Das Kernaufgabengebiet unserer Schichtleitung im Spätdienst ist die Strukturierung des Schichtablaufs durch Vormachen und Mitmachen.Da gegen Schließung bei uns weniger los ist, wünschen wir uns einen Kollegen (m/w/d), der antizipiert und genau was, welche Vorbereitung der nächste Dienst am Folgetag benötigt.Um bei uns in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du vor allem Kommunikationsstark und von dir selbst überzeugt sein.QualifikationNeben dem klassischen Service und der Sturkturierung des Teams und der Aufgaben zählt auch die Zubereitung von Getränken und einfachen Speisen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.
Dabei ist es sehr hilfreich, wenn du bereits Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, besonders im Cafébereich oder in der Abendgastronomie gesammelt hast.
Unser Betrieb hat 60 Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse und 40 Sitzplätze im Innenbereich.
Du solltest also motiviert und sportlich sein, um bei uns erfolgreich zu werden.BenefitsNeben dem oben genannten Gehalt (2.400,-€ Brutto bei 38 Wochenstunden zzgl.
Zuschläge und vergünstigter Verzehr) hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit alle drei Wochen deine Wunscharbeitszeiten zu hinterlegen und deine Arbeit an deine privaten Termine anzupassen.
Wir legen großen Wert auf ein gut ausgebildetes und harmonisches Team.
Dabei haben wir jedes Quartal gemeinsame Gespräche, Teammeetings und Fortbildungen wie Weinschulungen oder Kaffee Tastings.
