Über unsere Stiftung
Die Possehl-Stiftung zählt zu den größten Stiftungen Deutschlands. Seit über 100 Jahren fördert sie „alles Gute und Schöne' in Lübeck und setzt sich mit ihrer Arbeit für die Erhaltung des schönen Bildes der Stadt und ihrer Anlagen, die Förderung der Jugend, die Pflege von Kunst und Wissenschaft und die Linderung der Not der Bedürftigen ein. Die Possehl-Stiftung ist alleinige Gesellschafterin der gemeinnützigen GmbHs Europäisches Hansemuseum Lübeck und KOLK 17 Figurentheater & Museum und vergibt zahlreiche Auszeichnungen.
Ihre AufgabenVerwaltung und Prüfung von Förderanträgen im Bereich des schönen Stadtbildes, der Kultur und Wissenschaft
Beratung der Antragstellenden
Vor- und Nachbereitung der Gremiensitzungen, Teilnahme und Assistenz
Betreuung von Projekten
Unterstützung des Teams in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Interesse an den Stiftungszwecken, insbesondere Architektur / Denkmalpflege
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des oben genannten Aufgabenfeldes
Authentisches, freundliches Auftreten, geübt in Kommunikation
Loyalität, Diskretion und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
Freude daran, mit einem motivierten und beweglichen Team kooperativ und eigenverantwortlich zusammenzuarbeiten
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte formal und sprachlich treffend auszuformulieren
Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationstools sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und IT-Affinität
Buchhalterische Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
