Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams
Das Führen von Personalgespräche
Stetige Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams
Ihr Aufgabenfeld beinhaltet die Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Serviceprojekten im Rahmen bestehender Anlagen, wie z.B. Erweiterungen, Umbau
Die Durchführung des gesamten Projektmanagements und -controlling sowie die technische Vertragsgestaltung / Vertragsprüfung im Rahmen der firmeninternen Vorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicevertrieb gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Arbeitssicherheit der Techniker, in Absprache mit dem Teamleiter und sind fachlicher und organisatorischer Ansprechpartner für die eigenen Projekte
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der QM-Richtlinien sowie Arbeitssicherheit
Ihre Qualifikationen
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Kenntnissen in der Gebäudeautomation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation, Energie-, Gebäude- oder Solartechnik
Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungsprogrammen
