Unterstützung des Vertriebes in der Angebotsphase, Angebotserstellung und in der Kalkulation
Bearbeitung und Kalkulation von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Bewertung des Montageaufwandes
Anlage und Pflege von Verkaufsprojekten in Salesforce (z. B. öffentliche Ausschreibungen)
Vorbereitung von Freigabeprozessen
Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen Projektübergaben
Projektierung von stationären, automatischen Brandschutzanlagen und Branddetektion für Löschsteueranlagen
Erstellen von Kalkulationen und Kostenschätzung
Administrative Kundenbetreuung
Wie Sie Ihre Aufgabe angehen werden
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Außendienst und Einkauf zusammen, Sie klären technische Fragen direkt mit unseren Kunden, Sie erstellen Preisspiegel und vergleichen die Angebote, Vorbesprechung der Angebote mit den Nachunternehmern
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Feuerlöschanlagen ist von Vorteil
Kenntnisse von CRM-Software (z. B. Salesforce.com) und des Kalkulationsprogramms
ES-Office sind wünschenswert
Verantwortungsbewusste, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
