Du bist zuständig für die umfassende Aufgabenwahrnehmung im Rahmen bestehender Kreditengagements im nicht risikorelevanten Geschäft, u.a.
Abwicklung von Objektverkäufen Bearbeitung sonstiger Änderungen (Schuldner-, Sicherheiten-, Darlehensänderungen) Erstellung von Darlehensverträgen und Finanzierung aus einer Hand sowie Anschlusszinsvereinbarungen Ablösung durch Drittbanken oder Kundenmitteln Darüber hinaus kümmerst du dich um die Bearbeitung individueller Posteingänge.

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Bank- oder Sparkassenausbildung Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweise :
Du arbeitest sehr engagiert und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
Du bringst dich kommunikativ in die Teamarbeit ein, bist kontaktfreudig mit einem sicheren und überzeugenden Auftreten.
Erfahrungen & Know-How:
Idealerweise verfügst du über ein gutes Grundlagenwissen bzw.
hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im vorgenannten Aufgabenbereich.
