Für unser Gebiet südliches Schleswig-Holstein und Hamburger Raum suchen wir für 13 famila Warenhäuser einen Regionalleiter
Ihre Aufgaben
Disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in den Warenhäusern des regionalen Bereichs
Gewährleistung einer optimalen Personalbesetzung und Sicherstellung einer systematischen Personalentwicklung
Steuerung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen der Warenhäuser bzw. des Regionalbereichs
Umsetzung von Vertriebskonzepten
Sicherstellung der organisatorischen Abläufe sowie die Förderung von Best-Practice zwischen den Märkten
Begleitung und Förderung des Verkaufsgeschehens durch fachliches Knowhow und Gespür für den Kunden
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium (vorzugsweise Betriebswirtschaftslehre) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Handel
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
Einschlägige Führungserfahrung von Mitarbeitern sowie Begabung, unterschiedliche Menschen individuell zu motivieren, zu fördern und zu fordern
Vorbildfunktion durch überdurchschnittliche Kunden- und Mitarbeiterorientierung
Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen
Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeiten und einen PKW-Führerschein
