Prof Praxis is een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de gereedschapswereld met meer dan 30 jaar expertise. Zij zijn een onderneming dat gespecialiseerd is in de verkoop van bouwgereedschappen, waarvan de distributie gebeurt via de gespecialiseerde vakhandel.
Functie
Als Procurement Manager (m/v/x) geef je leiding aan een team van 4 personen, elk belast met hun eigen portefeuille van leveranciers. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat bestaande afspraken omtrent prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijn en service worden nageleefd. Daarnaast zijn jij en je team verantwoordelijk voor de planning en het beheer van de voorraad, met aandacht voor het voorkomen van voorraadbreuken, stockopbouw en -afbouw.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Je bereidt aankoopdossiers voor door potentiële leveranciers te zoeken, offertes en stalen op te vragen, zowel bij Europese als overzeese leveranciers.
Tot slot rapporteer je aan de directie.
Profiel
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende aankoopfunctie.
Je kan je zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels vlot uitdrukken in mondelinge en schriftelijke taal.
Je beschikt over een grondige Excel-kennis en hebt ervaring met WMS.
Je werkt graag voor een familiale KMO waarbinnen er steeds geïnnoveerd wordt.
Je beschikt over de juiste competenties voor deze job, namelijk People management skills, analytisch, hands-on, flexibel, stressbestendig, polyvalent, oplossingsgericht denken, resultaatgerichtheid en teamwork.
