Ihre Tätigkeiten:
Als Spezialist für die SAP HCM und R3 Module sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für HR-Teamkollegen, Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und Behörden.
Proaktiv identifizieren, bearbeiten und optimieren Sie selbständig sämtliche Lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Sachverhalte.
Auf Basis unserer SAP-Abrechnungslösung entwickeln Sie unsere internen Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse kontinuierlich und soweit als möglich digitalisiert weiter.
Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihrer Kollegen im Team zum Thema SAP Module, Lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsspezifischen Neuerungen.
Sonderfälle klären Sie mit Finanzämtern, Krankenkassen, unserem Finanzbereich sowie unserem externen IT-Dienstleister.
Das gesuchte Profil:
Als Experte für Lohnsteuerrecht mit guten Sozialversicherungs-Kenntnissen haben Sie einschlägige jahrelange Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich und verfügen über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und lohnsteuerspezifische Aus-/ Weiterbildung.
Sie haben zwingend mit SAP HCM gearbeitet, kennen sich im Industriebereich mit komplexen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsthemen (z.B. Schichtarbeit, Altersteilzeit, Chemie-Tarifverträge) aus und haben eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Digitalisierungs- und IT-Themen.
Für Sie gehört es zur Routine, sich über Gesetzesänderungen, die sich auf die Entgeltabrechnung auswirken, kontinuierlich und selbständig auf Stand zu halten.
Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen machen Ihnen keine Angst.
