Lead Specialist (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst
Ihr Aufgabenfeld:
Sie identifizieren potenzielle Kunden und Kundenbedürfnisse basierend auf dem Unternehmensprofil, durch Recherche und auch in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Außendienstteams
Sie streben den direkten telefonischen Kontakt mit potenziellen Kunden an und erlangen und vertiefen relevante Kundendetails
Sie stehen stets im Austausch mit Kunden im Rahmen der generierten Kundenanfragen, initiiert durch Sie
Sie stellen die Informationsbasis und Daten zu Kundenbedürfnissen zur Verfügung und prüfen diese im Hinblick auf eine Zusammenarbeit
Sie stellen die Rahmenparameter (Budget, Bedarf und Zeitplan) der Kundenanfrage sicher und bestätigen diese
Sie übermitteln dem Sales Team eine Übersicht zu den Rahmenbedingungen der Kundenanfrage um die Zusammenarbeit gezielt einzuleiten
Sie sind stets informiert zu den laufenden Kundenanfragen, welche durch sie initiiert wurden, und aktualisieren diese bei Bedarf
Als Opportunity Manager übergeben sie detailreiches Wissen und Informationen zum Kunden, sowie geprüfte Kundenbedürfnisse, an unsere Frontline-Verkäufer
Sie übernehmen das Kampagnenmanagement (Planung, Durchführung und Analyse von Werbemaßnahmen)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Bachelor Abschluss oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Service/Lead Management von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Durch Ihr Einfühlungsvermögen und Ihre freundliche Art, gelingt es Ihnen langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
Auch zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre Ausdauer, Hartnäckigkeit und Stressresistenz aus
Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift zwingend notwendig
Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
