Durchführen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards Beratung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam, Ärzten und anderen Gesundheitsfachkräften Digitale Dokumentation der Pflege Kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung und -optimierung Steuern und Anleiten des Pflegeteams Informationsaustausch innerhalb des Teams und mit den an der Pflege und Betreuung beteiligten Personen Sie verfügen über:
