The Role As Portfolio Launch Excellence Manager Automation you will beresponsible for leading and overseeing the global rollout of newportfolio elements, particularly in the automation sector.
In thisrole, you drive market entry efforts with a focus on the releaseprocess.
Additionally, you will develop, and own launch strategiesaimed at accelerating product introductions, enabling sales, andproviding critical feedback for continuous improvement.
This rolealso involves ensuring clear communication and support to salesregions, monitoring regional performance, addressing challenges,and refining processes to ensure the success of each portfoliolaunch.
This will require cross-functional work with a large numberof stakeholders across countries, tech units and other functionswithin the SI Buildings organization.
You will report to the Global Launch Excellence Team Lead within the global marketing function of Smart Infrastructure Buildings.
The portfolio launch excellenceprocess is an integral part of our portfolio strategy within Smart Infrastructure Buildings and this position plays a meaningful rolein accelerating new portfolio introductions.
We are looking forsomeone who is a good collaborator, able to manage multiple diversetopics simultaneously as well as comfortable with operating in aprocess-driven, matrixed environment.
Your new responsibilities -Lead Global Portfolio Rollouts for Automation:
prepare for allaspects of portfolio rollouts, ensuring readiness for marketing,sales implementation, training, and support across all regions forglobal portfolio rollouts - Develop and implement portfolio launchconcepts:
create and refine portfolio launch strategies, ensuringthe development of clear, executable plans that accelerate andmaximize the success of new portfolio introductions.
Build andmanage portfolio introduction teams focused on driving marketentries before, during and post-release - Ensure timely deliveryand communication:
maintain open lines of communication withregional teams, ensuring country readiness with the goal toaccelerate new portfolio introductions.
Actively monitor andrespond to regional performance during the introduction phase.
Youwill set up regular status updates, facilitate knowledge sharing,and remove communication barriers - Proactively gather and addressfeedback:
create a feedback loop with regional teams to gather andaddress input from all stakeholders.
You will focus on removingroadblocks and applying learnings to continuously improve theintroduction process and maximize impact - Cross-functionalcollaboration:
facilitate strong relationships with otherdepartments such as Tech Units, Functional Units and Marketing, aswell as the target countries to meet launch timelines and goals Your talents and experience - Bachelor or Master's Degree in International Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualificationwith a solid commercial experience - 5 years plus of experience ina similar role - Experience within the Building Automation and/or Fire Safety industry is preferred; experience with Siemens productswould be very helpful and gives you an edge - Strong stakeholdermanagement & people management skills; ability to effectivelywork with and influence global cross-functional teams of diversestakeholders & cultures in a matrixed organization -Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as wellas work well in groups; results oriented mindset, takes initiativewith high degree of self-motivation - Strategic and out-of-the-boxthinking, in order to brainstorm and adopt new concepts quickly -Strong program / project management skills; process oriented withan attention to details, strong analytical skills - Ability to workin complex, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projectssimultaneously with competing deadlines - Strong communication& interpersonal skills - A strong customer orientation sets youapart from others - Fluent in English and able to explain complextopics in an engageable way - Fluent German is a plus.
