Secrétaire médical-e en neurologie-neuropsychologie-logopédie (60%)
Votre mission :
accueillir les patient-e-s dans les différents secrétariats
gestion de la prise de rendez-vous (agenda électronique, demandes d'examens)
suivi du dossier des patients, convocation des patients
assistance à la consultation ambulatoire
dactylographier les rapports médicaux
contrôler la saisie des prestations du service
effectuer divers travaux administratifs inhérents au service
Votre profil :
CFC d'employé-e de commerce ou diplôme équivalent avec de préférence diplôme complémentaire de secrétaire médicale
connaissances du milieu médical avec bonnes connaissances de la terminologie médicale
maîtrise de la langue française avec de bonnes connaissances en allemand
excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
excellente gestion du stress, sens de l'organisation, flexibilité, facilité de communication et fiabilité
Entrée en fonction : 1 er juillet 2025 ou à convenir
