We are on a mission to revolutionize how businesses engage online through data and cutting-edge technology.The RoleWe're searching for a Software Engineer with a strong background to guide our engineering team and own the technical direction of our platform.
You will collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to architect and build high-performance, scalable solutions-maintaining our existing platform while spearheading the development of a next-gen AI-powered product.Key Responsibilities:
Platform EvolutionDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions.Maintain and optimize the current platform while developing a next-gen AI/ML platform.Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.Full Stack EngineeringWork with Docker/Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate services in production.Code Quality & CollaborationWrite clean, readable, and well-documented code; perform and champion peer code reviews.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.What You'll Bring5+ years of hands-on full-stack development (front-end + back-end) in SaaS or web-based products.Strong proficiency in Programming Languages Python, PHP.Containerization & Deployment:
Proficiency with Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes, microservices architecture.Database Experience:
MySQL and MongoDB; comfort with designing scalable data models.Testing Mindset:
Experience implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Strong Communication:
Comfortable leading technical discussions, presenting architecture ideas, and mentoring junior team members.Bonus:
