We're seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and support the optimization of our warehouse operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. Trenton Cold Storage offers a robust network of temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution services. Our strategic hubs in Trenton, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and soon-to-be Moncton ensure we can effectively meet customer needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain processes. This role involves working closely with our Operations, Sales, IT, Finance and Customer Support teams to identify areas of improvement, implement solutions, and support our business development and pricing strategies.
Business Process Improvement & Collaboration:
Evaluate and enhance existing business processes related to warehousing, order fulfillment, and customer support.
Partner with teams to resolve fulfillment issues, improve contract renewal processes, and streamline carrier usage and pricing.
Market Analysis:
~ Ensure pricing strategies support both customer satisfaction and business goals.
Maintain and update a pricing database for accessorial services and other logistics offerings.
Systems Analysis & Reporting:
Understand internal business systems and how they interact across departments.
Develop and manage dashboards to track supply chain KPIs, inventory levels, and space utilization.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across systems and reports.
Collaborate with team leads to take necessary actions and escalate concerns when needed to achieve business targets.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
~ Bachelor's Degree is preferred
~ Hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
~ Experience in pricing, quoting, and business process optimization is a plus.
