Prairie Valley School Division is inviting applications for the position of Principal at Lipton School. Lipton School offers Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 programming to an enrolled student body of approximately 112 students. The school has a professional staff of 8.35 FTE teachers and 6.31 FTE support staff. Lipton School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and lifelong learning. Lipton is located 91 km northeast of Regina.
Education & Experience:
Candidates will have a Bachelor of Education, a Professional A teaching certificate, a master's degree in a related field (or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment), and demonstrated leadership experience. Experience as a school-based administrator is considered an asset.
Skills & Abilities:
Candidates should demonstrate experience in learning leadership, human resource leadership, setting direction, and professional leadership attributes through cover letter and resume.

Compensation & Assignment:
This position involves 100% administrative duties. Salary and benefits are outlined in the collective bargaining agreements, with an administrative allowance of approximately $20,773.
