Elle possède deux usines au Québec, à Shawinigan en Mauricie et à Amos en Abitibi, et une à Miramichi au Nouveau-Brunswick.

Gérer les opérations sur votre quart de travail, tout en vous assurant que le travail est exécuté dans le respect des règlements et objectifs en matière de santé, sécurité et de qualité;
S'assurer que les employés ont tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour faire leur travail (formations, équipements, outils, informations, directives);
Maintenir, ajuster et faire le suivi des indicateurs de la performance, évaluer les écarts et apporter les solutions appropriées;
Effectuer les tâches administratives pour son quart (rapports :
production, feuilles de temps, accidents, rendement, formation, mouvement de main d'œuvre, environnement, etc.) Participer aux réunions de gestion d'usine et animer des réunions avec son équipe de travail;
Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en technologie forestière ou dans un autre domaine connexe jugé pertinent;
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel syndiqué dans un domaine industriel, de préférence dans le domaine forestier;
Contrôle de soi et habiletés relationnelles et communicationnelles;
Esprit d'analyse, raisonnement stratégique et orientation vers les résultats;
