As a Rolex Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you are key in guiding clients through all steps of the Rolex experience of excellence. As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:


• Maintain and transfer knowledge to clients of the brand's heritage, collection, features and key attributes and availability of products in adherence to Rolex and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients in making the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet boutique goals.
• Assist management with maintaining cleanliness, security and meeting brand expectations to promote a top-notch service experience.
• Have 2-5 or more years of experience in luxury retail sales and/or hospitality.
• Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required. Bilingualism considered an asset.
