Nous avons l'emploi fait pour vous! Notre installation Jardins du Haut Saint Laurent à Saint Augustin de Desmaures est actuellement à la recherche d'éducateurs/éducatrices soir / nuit ! Différents postes à pourvoir :
postes 7/14 et 10/14 de jour poste 10/14 et postes de 6/14 de soir postes 7/14 de nuit Notre mission principale est la création d'un milieu de vie chaleureux pour nos 208 résidents, ainsi que pour nos employés.
Le travail d'équipe est notre force pour une prise en charge globale de notre clientèle :
service des loisirs, équipe de nutrition, ergothérapie, travail social, infirmiers(ères), éducation spécialisée et bien d'autres ! SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION La personne titulaire de ce poste est responsable de dispenser les soins relatifs aux activités de la vie quotidienne ( exemple :
soins d'hygiène en accompagnement d'un /d'une préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires) et domestique des résidents au sein de nos unités prothétiques.
Elle veille au confort des résidents et comble leurs besoins fondamentaux.
Elle assure également leur sécurité par sa vigilance et un accompagnement adéquat.
Elle participe à l'élaboration et à l'implantation d'un milieu de vie sur l'unité, à l'atteinte des objectifs en agissant en accord avec la philosophie de la Direction des soins infirmiers.
Nous recherchons une personne avec un leadership positif qui a un bon sens de la résolution de problème.
