En tant que contremaître d'expédition, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de votre secteur.
Vos principale tâches incluront:
Planifier et répartir efficacement le travail du personnel afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance;Assurer le démarrage des activités du département et le respect des standards d'opérations;Coordonner les priorités avec les autres départements et contremaîtres;Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI);Appliquer la convention collective ainsi que les politiques et procédures internes (SST, HACCP, RH, etc.
);Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations opérationnelles en collaboration avec votre superviseur.

Vous détenez un DEC en génie industriel ou un DEP dans un domaine connexe, avec expérience pertinente en gestion;Vous avez de bonnes connaissances informatiques;Vous êtes autonomes, structuré, et vous possédez un bon jugement opérationnels;Vous êtes flexible et apte a gérer les urgences ou imprévus;Vous faites preuve de diplomatie de leadership et êtes apte a gérer les conflits;Vous êtes à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement réfrigéré duBreton s'engage pour l'inclusion et l'égalitéNous encourageons activement les candidatures des Premières Nations, des femmes.
