Que fait un(e) chargé(e) de projets chez Dinamo?
Tu effectueras les tâches administratives et techniques inhérentes au bon déroulement du chantier en portant une attention particulière à la satisfaction du client et au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et de la qualité d'exécution attendue. Voici tes principales tâches :
Diriger l'équipe attitrée à tes projets de construction;
Planifier la logistique des travaux et coordonner les activités avec les professionnels attitrés;
Préparer, lancer et gérer les appels d'offres;
Négocier et octroyer les contrats de sous-traitance;
Communiquer efficacement avec le client, les professionnels et les sous-traitants;
Assurer le suivi administratif du chantier;
Participer aux réunions de chantier;
Effectuer la mise à jour des échéanciers des travaux;
Assurer le suivi des documents techniques;
Gérer les demandes de modification auprès des fournisseurs et du client;
Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques de santé et sécurité sur les chantiers;
Définir les items pour le suivi des coûts et la comptabilité;
Assurer la livraison du projet complété et obtenir l'acceptation finale du client.

Ce qu'il faut pour le poste?
Détenir un DEC en génie civil OU
Détenir un diplôme universitaire en génie du bâtiment, de la construction, en génie civil ou en architecture
Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience comme chargé(e) de projets en construction
Faire partie de l'ordre des ingénieurs du Québec - un atout !
Savoir bien communiquer - de vive voix, au téléphone, par courriel et par texto, c'est le nerf de la guerre !
Être organisé(e) et structuré(e) - beaucoup de dossiers en même temps, il faut être capable de garder le cap !
Être un(e) bon(ne) leader et un(e) bon(ne) coach - on trouve des solutions en équipe !
