Fed Ex Express Canada is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Representative located in Saint Laurent, Quebec .
This is a Hybrid opportunity.
Job Summary :
Provides employee relations support, guidance and counsel to both management and employees fostering consistent and fair people practices to specific teams.
Facilitates the problem-solving process of employee relations' issues with varying degrees of complexity, internal investigations and performance while enabling a highly motivated, engaged workforce.
Job responsibilities:
Advising managers on Employee Relation issues Lead employee engagement initiatives Facilitate training when required Conducting workplace investigations Mediating disputes and conflict resolution Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human resources or Business Minimum five years of Human resources experience with 2+ years' experience in workplace investigations or similar role Alternative Dispute Resolution certificate or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of hire required The candidate MUST be proficient in both English and French language.
Sound knowledge of Canada Labour Code, Human Rights legislation Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
