As a key member of our national revenue team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales - Retail, you will play a key role in scaling product adoption, building customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives through proactive remote engagement with Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts, reengagement of low-frequency, and lead qualification efforts.

The Inside Sales Representative supports the growth of new and existing business in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec & the Atlantic Provinces) by executing targeted outbound campaigns, managing inbound inquiries, and coordinating with field sales representatives (Territory Managers).

This position is remote, however preference will be given to candidates in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities


Account Engagement

Proactively manage and grow Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts using regular call/email cadences and by identifying upsell opportunities.


Lead Qualification & Nurturing

Qualify new inbound leads and initiate outreach low-frequency accounts, ensuring high-potential opportunities are handed off to Territory Managers as needed.


Campaign Execution

Support marketing and sales campaigns by booking demos, sending educational content, and following up on trials.


CRM & Data Management

Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM to ensure visibility and sales alignment.


Collaboration with Field Sales

Coordinate with Territory Managers for appointment setting, account hand-offs, and shared opportunities in high-growth accounts.

Required Competencies


• Bilingual (English & French)


• 2-3+ years experience in Inside Sales or related role


• Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Hunter mentality with a focus on growth and opportunity development


• Analytical and strategic approach to sales conversations


• Organized and disciplined in CRM and task management


• Comfortable using digital sales tools and platforms

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe nationale de revenus, sous la responsabilité directe du vice-président des ventes - détail, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'adoption des produits, le développement des relations avec les clients et la réalisation des objectifs de vente par le biais d'un engagement à distance proactif avec les comptes de niveau 2 et 3, le réengagement des clients peu fréquents et les efforts de qualification des clients potentiels.

Le représentant des ventes internes soutient la croissance des affaires nouvelles et existantes dans l'Est du Canada (Ontario, Québec et provinces de l'Atlantique) en exécutant des campagnes ciblées, en gérant les demandes d'information entrantes et en coordonnant avec les représentants des ventes sur le terrain (gestionnaires de territoire).

Il s'agit d'un poste à distance, mais la préférence sera donnée aux candidats de l'Est du Canada.

Principales responsabilités:

- Engagement des comptes

Gérer et développer de manière proactive les comptes Tier 2 et Tier 3 en utilisant des cadences régulières d'appels et d'e-mails et en identifiant les opportunités de vente additionnelle.

- Qualification et développement des prospects

Qualifier les nouveaux leads entrants et initier des contacts avec les comptes à faible fréquence, en s'assurant que les opportunités à fort potentiel sont transférées aux Territory Managers si nécessaire.

- Exécution des campagnes

Soutenir les campagnes marketing et commerciales en organisant des démonstrations, en envoyant du contenu éducatif et en assurant le suivi des essais.

- CRM et gestion des données

Maintenir à jour les dossiers des clients, les activités de vente et les informations sur le pipeline dans le CRM afin d'assurer la visibilité et l'alignement des ventes.

- Collaboration avec les ventes sur le terrain

Coordonner avec les Territory Managers la prise de rendez-vous, les transferts de comptes et les opportunités partagées dans les comptes à forte croissance.

Compétences requises:

- Bilinguisme (anglais et français)

- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente interne ou dans une fonction connexe

- Autonome et doté d'un fort esprit d'initiative et de suivi

- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite

- Mentalité de chasseur axée sur la croissance et le développement d'opportunités

- Approche analytique et stratégique des conversations de vente

- Organisé(e) et discipliné(e) dans la gestion de la relation client et la gestion des tâches

- A l'aise avec les outils et plateformes de vente numériques
