Vos responsabilités Support administratif Assister la direction dans diverses tâches administratives (rédaction, suivi de dossiers, gestion de commandes).
Gérer et mettre à jour les dossiers liés à la location et à l'entretien des immeubles.
Assurer un service client de qualité pour la clientèle résidentielle et commerciale.
Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour la planification et le suivi des travaux.
Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes et à la cohésion d'équipe.
Marketing et communication Assurer la cohérence de l'image de marque dans les communications.
Maintenir et optimiser le contenu du site web.
Assister à la gestion des campagnes publicitaires numériques (Google Ads, Meta).
Gérer les réseaux sociaux (calendrier éditorial, rédaction, création de visuels).
Activités de location Mettre à jour les annonces et brochures promotionnelles.
Gérer les demandes des clients et coordonner la signature de documents.
Assurer le suivi des informations clients et des ententes de location.
Effectuer des visites occasionnelles et préparer des soumissions.

35,5h/semaine (terminant à 15h le vendredi et à midi les vendredis de la saison estivale).

Permis de conduire valide Compétences clés Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et oral.
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (capacité à répondre aux appels et courriels).
Excellentes habiletés de communication et de négociation.
Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
Sens du service à la clientèle et esprit d'équipe.
Aptitudes en mise en page et utilisation d'outils numériques (Canva, IA).
