Telecon est à la recherche d'une personne énergique et soucieuse de sa carrière pour occuper le poste de Coordonnateur des ressources humaines.
Le Coordonnateur des ressources humaines, apportera un soutien quotidien à l'équipe pour toutes les tâches administratives et cléricales du département Talents et Culture.
Ce poste hybride à temps plein comprend des avantages sociaux et un REER avec cotisation de l'employeur dès le premier jour d'emploi, ainsi que des possibilités de croissance future.
Responsable de la maintenance et de la mise à jour des dossiers des employés dans le système d'information des ressources humaines, en traitant tous les changements concernant les employés, en téléchargeant les documents requis et en veillant à l'intégrité des données.
Exécuter d'autres projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.
CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI VOUS POSSÉDEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET LES QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :
Une formation post-secondaire en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que coordonnateur des ressources humaines, un atout.
Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est exigé, car vous aurez à soutenir une base d'employés francophones et anglophones à travers le Canada.
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
