We are currently seeking a Procurement/Supplier Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for supplier management of assigned event construction commodities, encompassing the entire supplier management lifecycle.
The Procurement/Supplier Manager is a highly organized professional with a wealth of experience in supplier management.
Their outstanding attention to detail and above-average communication skills are essential for ongoing supplier negotiations and management.

This is a hybrid (remote/on-site) opportunity, with travel to event sites possible during project delivery.
Candidates should reside in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract Management and Compliance
• Communication and Coordination with project stakeholders, broader Event construction team
• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
• Project Reporting re progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years + experience in event contract and supplier management, specifically in large-scale events or professional sports
• Strong knowledge of construction and legal terminology, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in industry-leading contract management software
• Experience and understanding of event construction planning and delivery at large-scale events
