Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated performance marketer focused on delivering impactful campaigns. The Manager, Marketing Base, will work cross-functionally to manage communications to our Business customers, leading strategy and execution for engagement, marketing, and lifecycle communications for our existing customers.

Responsibilities

Understand the needs of business customers and how our products meet those needs.
Proactively plan and manage customer lifecycle communication programs.
Establish campaign targets and KPIs, develop reporting to improve performance.
Collaborate with data and sales teams to enhance campaign efficiency and data quality.
Coordinate with creative and customer base agencies to deliver high-quality communications.
Design and execute marketing, engagement, and lifecycle campaigns.
Prioritize requests for marketing communications and manage customer lists, including segmentation.
Analyze customer data to identify revenue and engagement opportunities.
Work with Sales to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Write customer communications that are clear and customer-focused.
Manage timelines and ensure timely approval and deployment of communications.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to measure and report campaign performance.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in customer communications within B2B marketing, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
Experience in developing strategic lifecycle programs.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, email platforms, and CRM systems.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign measurement.
Creative with engaging content development skills.
Customer-centric mindset and excellent project management skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business preferred.

Additional Details

This is a hybrid work position based in Toronto, requiring in-office presence three days per week. The recruitment process includes multiple interviews and background checks. The position is full-time, day shift, with up to 10% travel. Location options include Toronto and other Canadian cities.
