Role: Tech BA-Wealth Managent

Location: Mississauga, Ontario(3 Days Hybrid)

Experience: 8+ Years

Skills: Wealth management, Strong in SQL, queries, Financial domain and Jira.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the BA team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for projects.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create detailed requirement specifications that can be used to guide project development.

• Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Manage change requests, track project progress and escalate issues as needed.

Skills:

• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

• Good knowledge on SDLC, Jira and SQL.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

• Experience leading a team of Bas.

• Exposure to different industries and domains.
