We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in building and scaling innovative AI-driven solutions that transform the way the automotive industry operates.
This role is ideal for a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to drive innovation from the ground up.
As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of our AI/ML-powered SaaS platform.
You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance, and reliable software solutions.
This role requires a technical leader with deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS product development, along with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and collaboration skills.
You will be empowered to take ownership, solve complex challenges, and help shape the future of our technology and organization.
The salary range for this position is $167,000 - $200,000 plus an annual target bonus.
