About the Opportunity

Monitor AP mailbox and send documents to the mailbox
Save copies of invoices in the AP mailbox into a designated folder online
Reconcile vendor statements
Process service invoices according to coding details
Match invoices to POs and reconcile Accrued Purchases report
Resolve matters holding up AP processing with Procurement, Quality and Operations (internal interactions)
Work closely with the Corporate Accountant and ensure that any matters

About You

Recent AP experience
3 way matching experience is a must/comfortable in paperless environment
Business Central experience is a strong asset, want mid to large ERP
Inventory/Manufacturing experience is a strong asset

Pay Range
$22 - $27 /hour
