Key Qualifications

• Must have Clearance and Rating experience
• High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing Air/Ocean shipments
• CCS designation is an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
• An eye for detail is critical for success in the role
• A proactive problem-solving mindset

*Must have Custom Import Analyst and Rater Experience*

Description of Role

• As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Air/Ocean imports are cleared for entry into Canada.
• Use multiple computer programs to input required information into our database
• Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone
• Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
