Relevant du Directeur d'usine, le/la titulaire sera responsable du développement et l'amélioration des pratiques en matière de santé et sécurité à l'usine de Bedford
LE RÔLE:
Coordonner le système de gestion de santé-sécurité du travail, incluant le programme de prévention et assurer le suivi des actions et la mise à jour;
Organiser et faire les suivis de formations SST, tels que secouristes, espace clos, pont-roulant, etc.;
Compiler les données des différents registres des accidents et participer à certains projets SST qui en découlent;
Mettre en œuvres des moyens pour sensibiliser et mobiliser l'ensemble des employés à la prévention des accidents afin de réduire les risques d'accidents et atteindre l'objectif ZÉRO;
Compléter les enquêtes d'incidents/d'accidents et partager les recommandations
Participer à l'implantation des mesures correctives.
PROFIL:
~ Diplôme d'Études Collégiales en hygiène, en santé et sécurité au travail ou dans un domaine connexe;
~1 à 3 années d'expérience pertinente en santé sécurité au travail;
~ Expérience dansun environnement manufacturier, un atout;
~ Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques et de la suite Google;
~ Bilinguisme (français et anglais), Espagnol, un atout;
