Le CAFi est à la recherche d'un.e travailleur.euse social.e/intervenant.e pour le bureau de Dieppe. La personne responsable du poste collaborera à la mission de l'organisme qui contribue à l'intégration des personnes immigrantes au sein de la francophonie du Sud-Est du Nouveau-Brunswick.
Sous la supervision de la gestionnaire - Accueil, établissement, le/la travailleur.euse social.e/intervenant.e a pour mission de coordonner la gestion de tous les aspects du programme selon le calendrier prévu. Il ou elle a ainsi pour rôle d'aider les nouveaux arrivant.e.s francophones et francophiles à s'établir et s'intégrer dans la région. Elle planifie, organise et dirige toutes les activités nécessaires pour atteindre des objectifs du programme, en respectant les cibles, le budget, les ressources allouées et les délais. Elle développe, complète et finalise les documents à livrer; elle fournit des rapports et des évaluations prévus.
