SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Our client is currently seeking a highly organized professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join their organization as Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will become a vital strategic partner to the GM by leveraging your proven strengths and abilities to organize, plan, and coordinate activities across the company.
In this role, you will manage and prioritize the GM's calendar, ensuring effective use of time by coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and calls.
Additionally, you will manage domestic and international travel arrangements, event planning, meeting support, workflow optimization, research and analysis, relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, and expense management.
With 5+ years of executive assistant experience, you bring a high level of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality results.
Your self-starter mentality, creative problem-solving skills, exceptional planning capabilities, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office products make you an ideal candidate for this role.
A bachelor's degree (business or related field) is preferred but not mandatory.
