Local Peterborough Law and Accounting Firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Legal Administrator in their law department.

- Commitment to environmental stewardship within the scope of the office.
• Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees; - Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties; - Coordinates the booking and setting up of meetings rooms; - Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system; - Provides supportfor teams when necessary; - Communicating with clients, accountants, etc.; - Perform corporate legal assistant duties for three or more timekeepers; - Create and revise documents from handwritten, typed, or electronic copy; - Practice effective communications by appearing professional and capable to clients and attorneys; - Recording of transactions; - Disseminating reports to staff; - May perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:
- 2 years' experience in a similar position preferred but willing to train; - Software:
EsiLaw, G- Suite; - Proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
Must be able to demonstrate the following:
