RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un. e Gestionnaire de projets pour un de nos clients du centre-ville de Montréal.

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, notre client a pris la décision stratégique d'implanter un système ERP (PGI) afin de soutenir son développement et d'optimiser ses processus d'affaires. Une première phase de planification a été amorcée et l'organisation entre maintenant dans une phase de validation, de sélection et de mise en œuvre. Parallèlement, plusieurs autres projets technologiques structurants sont en cours ou à venir, nécessitant une coordination intégrée.

Ce rôle est de piloter l'ensemble des initiatives numériques, avec un accent particulier sur l'implantation de l'ERP. Il faudra assurerer la planification, la coordination, la gouvernance et la livraison des projets, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs externes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

1. Projet ERP (PGI) - Planification, analyse, sélection et implantation

• Finaliser la planification stratégique du projet ERP (roadmap, jalons, livrables).
• Élaborer le cahier des charges à partir des travaux existants.
• Mettre en place une gouvernance de projet efficace.
• Identifier et évaluer les fournisseurs de solutions ERP.
• Organiser les démonstrations de solutions.
• Réaliser une analyse des solutions ERP (technologie, processus, ressources, finances).
• Accompagner la sélection de la solution et piloter les premières phases d'implantation.
• Mettre en place une stratégie de gestion du changement.

2. Planification intégrée des projets numériques

• Élaborer une vision consolidée des projets technologiques à venir.
• Prioriser les initiatives et assurer leur alignement stratégique.
• Coordonner les interdépendances entre les projets.

3. Projets connexes à piloter ou soutenir

• Déploiement de Microsoft 365, incluant la structuration de SharePoint.
• Implantation d'un CRM et autres systèmes complémentaires à l'ERP.
• Conformité à la Loi 25 - volet technologique (sécurité, gouvernance des données).
• Outils de billetterie pour la gestion des demandes internes.
• Exploration de solutions d'intelligence artificielle pour l'optimisation des processus.

EXIGENCES

• Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets technologiques complexes, en gestion de projets numériques complexes ou en implantation de solutions ERP.
• Connaissance approfondie des systèmes PGI et des processus d'affaires.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle dans un environnement en transformation.
• Connaissance des environnements Microsoft 365, CRM, IA et outils de billetteries
• Connaissances des enjeux de conformité (Loi 25).
• Expérience dans la gestion de projets de déploiement d'Office 365 est un atout.
• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, animation d'ateliers et rédaction de livrables.
• Ce rôle requière une présence au bureau du centre-ville de Montréal
• La maîtrise du français est requise. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
• En mode hybride (3 jours au bureau de Montréal)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients in downtown Montreal.

In a context of strong growth, our client made the strategic decision to implement an ERP system to support its development and optimize its business processes. An initial planning phase has been initiated and the organization is now entering a validation, selection and implementation phase. At the same time, several other structuring technological projects are underway or to come, requiring integrated coordination.

This role is to steer all digital initiatives, with a particular emphasis on the implementation of the ERP. Project planning, coordination, governance and delivery will be required, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Project - Planning, Analysis, Selection and Implementation

• Finalize the strategic planning of the ERP project (roadmap, milestones, deliverables).
• Develop the specifications based on the existing work.
• Implement effective project governance.
• Identify and evaluate ERP solution providers.
• Organize solution demonstrations.
• Perform an analysis of ERP solutions (technology, processes, resources, finance).
• Support the selection of the solution and manage the first phases of implementation.
• Implement a change management strategy.

2. Integrated digital project planning

• Develop a consolidated vision for future technology projects.
• Prioritize initiatives and ensure their strategic alignment.
• Coordinate interdependencies between projects.

3. Related projects to be piloted or supported

• Deployment of Microsoft 365, including the structuring of SharePoint.
• Implementation of a CRM and other systems complementary to the ERP.
• Compliance with Bill 25 - technological component (security, data governance).
• Ticketing tools for managing internal requests.
• Exploring artificial intelligence solutions for process optimization

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in complex technology project management, complex digital project management or ERP implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, CRM, AI, and ticketing tools
• Knowledge of compliance issues (Bill 25).
• Experience in managing Office 365 deployment projects is an asset.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, workshop facilitation and writing of deliverables.
