Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre bureau à Montréal, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Consultant(e) en gestion de projet.
Votre prochain défiEn rejoignant nos équipes, vous serez amené(e) à effectuer les missions suivantes :
Définir et piloter les aspects Coûts, Qualité, Délais, Risques et Performance des projets.
Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe projet afin d'anticiper et de gérer les dérives.
Recueillir les différentes données des projets et élaborer des indicateurs clés pertinents.
Suivre, participer aux réunions et en assurer le rapport.
Le profil idéalVous êtes bilingue et titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe, ce qui vous confère une solide base théorique et pratique.
Fort de plus de 10 années d'expérience, vous maîtrisez les méthodes et outils essentiels à la gestion de projet, notamment la planification, le budget et les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
Vous possédez des certifications telles que Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) et les ceintures de Lean Six Sigma.
Vous êtes capable de transférer les compétences développées tout au long de votre carrière au profit de nos consultants.
Votre sens de l'organisation et vos compétences en communication font de vous un partenaire de confiance pour mener à bien des projets ambitieux et innovants.

Le processus de recrutement- Entretien téléphonique (15-20 min) avec un(e) partenaire en acquisition de talents.
• Entretien virtuel (Teams) (1h) avec un(e) gestionnaire d'affaires.
• Entretien technique (Teams) (1h) avec un(e) consultant(e) en mission pour évaluer vos compétences en gestion de projet à travers des mises en situation.
• Entretien final en présentiel à notre bureau de Longueuil avec le/la responsable d'agence pour discuter de l'offre et des avantages.
