The Opportunity:
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Account Director! In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships and spearhead project execution, while cultivating a strong client relationships and propelling business growth.
You'll lead and mentor a dynamic team, unlocking their potential and guiding them towards success.
By combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, you will deliver exceptional results and drive long-term client satisfaction on a high profile brand! What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day multichannel execution for a large Rx brand in Canada, meeting client expectations and objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations and solutions, leveraging expertise in HCP Rx and DTC advertising.
Manage and mentor a team, defining performance goals and developing growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, creative, strategy, and medical, to drive business objectives.
Evaluate and identify opportunities for organic growth, escalating to senior management as needed.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client budgets, scopes, and project management.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, including brief writing, presentations, and internal/external communications.
Drive business results, resolving conflicts and participating in strategic discussions to support client success.
What You'll Bring:
6+ years of relevant experience in Pharma Advertising, preferably with a Canadian Healthcare background (HCP, Patient and DTC).
Oncology experience will be required.
Strong experience with PAAB regulations and guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of digital, media, social, and analytics.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking approach.
Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
A solid understanding of financial principles and their application in a business setting.
Bachelor's degree or diploma is highly preferred.

Diriger l'exécution multicanale quotidienne pour une grande marque Rx au Canada, en répondant aux attentes et aux objectifs du client.
Fournir des recommandations et des solutions stratégiques, en tirant parti de votre expertise en publicité Rx HCP et DTC.
Gérer et encadrer une équipe, en définissant les objectifs de performance et en développant les opportunités de croissance.
Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les finances, la création, la stratégie et le médical, pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
Évaluer et identifier les opportunités de croissance organique, en les signalant à la direction générale si nécessaire.
Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, en comprenant les budgets, les périmètres et la gestion de projet des clients.
Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication, notamment en matière de rédaction de briefs, de présentations et de communications internes et externes.
Générer des résultats commerciaux, résoudre les conflits et participer à des discussions stratégiques pour soutenir le succès des clients.
Ce que vous apporterez :
Au moins 6 ans d'expérience pertinente dans la publicité pharmaceutique, de préférence avec une expérience dans le domaine de la santé au Canada (HCP, patients et DTC).
Une expérience en oncologie sera exigée.
Solide expérience des réglementations et directives de CCPP.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook et Teams.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
Connaissance du numérique, des médias, des réseaux sociaux et de l'analyse.
Solides compétences en matière de pensée stratégique et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche prospective.
Compétences en leadership, avec la capacité de gérer et d'encadrer une équipe.
Solide compréhension des principes financiers et de leur application dans un contexte commercial.
Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme est fortement préféré.
