Cela comprend la conception de parcours personnalisés basés sur les données - de l'onboarding à la réactivation - ainsi que le déploiement de campagnes multicanales percutantes (email, SMS, notifications push).Responsabilités clésConcevoir, lancer et optimiser des campagnes automatisées multicanales (email, SMS, push) adaptées aux différentes étapes du cycle de vie client, tout en respectant les lignes directrices de la marqueDiriger le développement créatif :
rédaction de briefs, création de contenus, coordination avec les parties prenantes internesSuivre la performance des campagnes via des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels, et formuler des recommandations basées sur les donnéesEffectuer en continu des tests A/B (objets, timing, contenu, segmentation) pour améliorer les résultats et limiter la fatigue des audiencesExploiter les données comportementales pour construire des parcours de nurturing ciblés, favorisant l'engagement, la rétention et la réactivationGarantir une excellente délivrabilité des emails via la gestion de la réputation d'envoi et des configurations techniques (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc.)Contribuer à la stratégie de marketing relationnel et d'expérience client (CX), notamment autour des programmes de fidélisation et de réengagementProfil recherché3 à 5+ années d'expérience en CRM, marketing relationnel ou automatisation marketing (une expérience dans l'industrie du voyage est un atout majeur)Maîtrise des plateformes CRM et outils d'automatisation (ex.

$85,000-$115,000/year, based on experience + group insurance, travel discounts and more.Role OverviewSeeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (CRM) to lead the full customer-lifecycle strategy and manage daily execution.
This includes designing data-driven journeys-from onboarding to re-engagement-and executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
The role involves crafting creative assets, writing customer-centric copy, setting up automated flows, and running continuous A/B testing to optimize performance.
You'll manage deliverability, oversee the campaign calendar, and deliver insights through regular reporting.
