We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the delivery of regional HR operations and services. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Advisors who provide support to a diverse internal customer base. You will also work closely with site leadership to deliver key HR processes and implement site, business unit, and region-specific initiatives.

With your broad HR expertise, you will coach leaders, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement within a globally aligned and centralized HR services model.

Partnering with internal client groups on their business plans and identifying necessary Human Resources initiatives to support those plans;
Monitoring Human Resources trends to identify potential gaps and proactively developing strategies to address those gaps;
Managing and developing the performance of the regional HR Advisory team in line with the company values, in order to achieve objectives;
Implementing Human Resource reporting and metrics and escalating emerging issues/themes with a focus on using data to drive problem solving and decision making;
Managing the delivery of HR projects in an effort to align with global HR predominant practice; Consulting with company leadership on Human Resources issues and challenges.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
Proven managerial experience and extensive and progressive experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations;
Expertise in managing complex HR projects;
Fluency in English, written and spoken and basic knowledge in French. Bilingualism is an asset.

Ability to workindependently with little direction and/or within a team environment;
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
