Ce rôle nécessite un mélange d'expertise technique et de capacités de résolution de problèmes.
Les principales responsabilités comprennent l'installation d'une variété d'enseigne, tant intérieure qu'extérieure, garantissant un placement approprié et un montage sécurisé.
De plus, vous serez responsable du diagnostic et de la réparation des problèmes électriques dans les systèmes d'éclairage, d'effectuer l'entretien de routine et d'assurer une fonctionnalité optimale pour nos clients.
Une grande attention aux détails, des pratiques de travail sécuritaires et une approche centrée sur le client sont essentielles.

Le technicien installateur d'enseigne et de services d'éclairage est responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance et de la réparation des enseignes lumineuses et des systèmes d'éclairage.
Ce rôle implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour s'assurer que leurs exigences sont satisfaites et que les installations sont effectuées de manière sécurisée et efficace.Responsabilités principales :

Installation des Enseignes :
• Installer divers types d'enseignes lumineuses, y compris les enseignes à LED, néon et autres systèmes d'éclairage.- Lire et interpréter les plans et schémas électriques pour une installation précise.2.
Maintenance et Réparation :
• Effectuer des vérifications régulières et la maintenance préventive des enseignes et systèmes d'éclairage.- Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes ou dysfonctionnements des installations existantes.3.
Sécurité et Conformité :
• S'assurer que toutes les installations respectent les normes de sécurité et les réglementations locales.- Utiliser les équipements de protection individuelle et suivre les protocoles de sécurité.4.
Service Client :
• Communiquer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des conseils techniques.- Assurer un service de haute qualité et répondre aux questions ou préoccupations des clients.5.
Documentation :
• Tenir des registres précis des travaux effectués, y compris les réparations et l'entretien.- Préparer des rapports sur l'état des installations et recommander des améliorations si nécessaire.Qualifications requises :
• Expérience en électricité, électronique, ou domaine connexe.- Expérience préalable dans l'installation et la maintenance d'enseignes lumineuses est un atout.- Connaissance des systèmes électriques et des normes de sécurité.- Capacité à travailler en hauteur et à utiliser des équipements de levage.- Excellentes compétences en communication et service à la clientèle.- Permis de conduire valide.Compétences souhaitées :
• Souci du détail et capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques.- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.- Flexibilité pour travailler en dehors des heures normales si nécessaire.- Permis de conduire classe 3 serait un atout
