About the Role

We are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team!

The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides ongoing Talent Acquisition and HR services support. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth recruitment operation through timely postings, interviewing and follow ups. They are also responsible for information entered into the HRIS to ensure data integrity and answering employee queries related to all HR aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including employee onboarding;
  • Provide recruitment strategies that ensure our ability to proactively identify and recruit top talent;
  • Perform head hunting research when required;
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing information on the progress of searches;
  • Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to confirm appropriate approvals are in place, and validate job advertisements to ensure roles are marketed to attract top talent
  • Prepare & manage job postings on career sites, LinkedIn, Indeed as well as other relevant posting websites;

  • Act as a resource on provincial legislation across Canada for employment standards and workers compensation;
  • Protect employee and company integrity by keeping sensitive information confidential;
  • Ensure accurateemployment related information is recorded in HRIS Dayforce in a timely manner;
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee profiles are available upon request and align with audit requests;
  • Coordinate and answer employee's questions related to HR policies and practices;
  • Ensure accuratereports are generated & configure reports based on business needs;
  • Participate in HRIS projects as needed (vendor management, benefits, surveys, etc);
  • Conduct monthlyinternal audits and provide information in external audits, as needed;
  • Grow employee engagement through events & team building.

Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of related HR experience;
  • Experience executing and delivering full life cycle recruiting activities with proven results;
  • Ability to handle high workloads and competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational,time management, and project management skills;
  • Ability to anticipate problems and develop innovative plans of action to prevent delays in the workflow
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Accountable andproactive team-player with the ability to work independently;
  • Ability to workcross-functionally, with all levels of employees and management;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Experience withDayforce, an asset.

Le coordinateur des RH et de l'acquisition des talents fournit un soutien continu aux services d'acquisition de talents et de RH. Ils sont chargés d'assurer une opération de recrutement en douceur grâce à des affichages, des entretiens et des suivis en temps opportun. Ils sont également responsables des informations saisies dans le SIRH pour assurer l'intégrité des données et répondre aux questions des employés liées à tous les aspects RH.

Responsabilités

  • Responsable du cycle complet du processus de recrutement, y compris l'intégration des employés ;
  • Fournir des stratégies de recrutement qui garantissent notre capacité à identifier et à recruter de manière proactive les meilleurs talents ;
  • Effectuer des recherches de chasse de tête lorsque requis;
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec toutes les parties prenantes, en fournissant des informations sur l'avancement des recherches ;
  • Collaborer avecles responsables des ressources humaines et du recrutement pour confirmer que les approbations appropriées sont en place et valider les offres d'emploi pour s'assurer que les postes sont commercialisés pour attirer les meilleurs talents
  • Préparer et gérer les offres d'emploi sur les sites de carrière, LinkedIn, Indeed ainsi que d'autres sites Web d'affichage pertinents ;
  • Agir comme ressource sur la législation provinciale à travers le Canada pour les normes d'emploi et l'indemnisation des accidents du travail;
  • Protéger l'intégrité des employés et de l'entreprise en préservant la confidentialité des informations sensibles ;
  • Veiller à ce que des informations précises sur l'emploi soient enregistrées dans le SIRH Dayforce en temps opportun ;
  • Veiller à ce que la documentation appropriée des profils des employés soit disponible sur demande et conforme aux demandes d'audit ;
