Total Rewards SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the organization's total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant legislation and aligned with business goals.The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing market trends, evaluating internal pay practices, maintaining the firm's pay equity program, and providing actionable insights to support the development and administration of total rewards policies and practices.This includes:
Leads the annual compensation cycle process, including salary increases and bonus processes;Assists in the development and maintenance of base pay structures and incentive programs;Analyzes compensation trends and recommends adjustments to maintain market competitiveness;Conducts market research and salary benchmarking using various sources;Maintains and updates the organization's job classification system;Additional responsibilities include:
Preparing reports, dashboards, and materials for presentations on compensation data and resulting recommendations and insights;Supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of an HCM compensation module;Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Administration:
Leads the annual compensation cycle process, including salary increases and bonus processes;Assists in the development and maintenance of base pay structures and incentive programs;Analyzes compensation trends and recommends adjustments to maintain market competitiveness;Reporting and Analytics:
Prepares reports, dashboards, and materials for presentations on compensation data and resulting recommendations and insights;Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting of compensation-related data required for decision making;Policies and Compliance:
Supports and develops processes designed to ensure compliance with pay equity and pay transparency legislation;Maintains and updates compensation-related policies;
