Le technicien fiabiliste en maintenance est responsable de l'optimisation et de la fiabilité des équipements, systèmes et installations. Il analyse les défaillances, optimise les systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et des procédés, et soutient l'équipe de maintenance avec des méthodologies adaptées. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir une maintenance préventive efficace, réduire les pannes et améliorer la qualité des interventions, tout en assurant une performance optimale de l'usine dans un environnement de production dynamique.

Responsabilités clés

Optimisation et fiabilisation des systèmes :
Mener des analyses de défaillance afin d'identifier les causes profondes des pannes et recommander des actions correctives.
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'optimisation pour les systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques en collaboration avec l'équipe de maintenance.
• Analyser les procédés de production et recommander des améliorations pour augmenter l'efficacité et réduire les coûts.
• Concevoir et améliorer les méthodologies de maintenance afin de prolonger la durée de vie des équipements et de réduire les risques de défaillance.
• Participer activement à l'optimisation des processus de maintenance, y compris l'intégration de nouvelles technologies ou de meilleures pratiques.

Support technique et méthodologie de maintenance :
Fournir un soutien technique à l'équipe de maintenance en leur fournissant des directives et des méthodologies pour l'exécution des tâches.
• Développer et fournir des formations sur les meilleures pratiques de maintenance, d'installation et de dépannage.
• Accompagner les techniciens lors de l'installation et de la réparation d'équipements pour garantir le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité.

Planification et exécution de la maintenance préventive :
• Coordonner la maintenance préventive afin de minimiser les pannes et les temps d'arrêt.
• Assurer la bonne exécution des tâches de maintenance préventive en suivant les calendriers établis.
• Effectuer un suivi des performances des équipements et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue.

Gestion de l'équipe et amélioration continue :
• Superviser, encadrer et soutenir l'équipe de maintenance (mécanique, électrique et hydraulique) dans l'application des méthodologies recommandées.
• Promouvoir une culture de l'amélioration continue en encourageant l'innovation et la recherche de solutions techniques pour améliorer les processus.
• Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance pour évaluer les succès de l'optimisation.

Conformité et sécurité :
Assurer que toutes les activités de maintenance respectent les normes de sécurité, les règlements environnementaux et les standards industriels.
• Effectuer des inspections régulières pour identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives.

Collaboration avec les autres départements :
• Collaborer avec les autres départements (production, qualité, sécurité) pour assurer une coordination optimale des activités de maintenance.
• Fournir des rapports détaillés sur les activités de maintenance, les problèmes techniques rencontrés, les actions correctives mises en place, et les coûts associés.
• Travailler avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants pour l'approvisionnement en pièces et services spécialisés.

Qualifications

Formation :
Diplôme technique en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, électrotechnique ou domaine connexe. Un certificat ou une formation spécialisée en fiabilisation des équipements serait un atout.

Expérience :
Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle

Compétences techniques :
Connaissance approfondie des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
• Expertise en diagnostic de pannes, analyse de défaillance et mise en œuvre de solutions techniques correctives et préventives.
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de maintenance informatisée (CMMS).
• Maîtrise de la lecture et de l'interprétation de plans techniques et de manuels de maintenance.

Compétences comportementales :
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement les méthodologies techniques.
• Leadership et capacité à motiver et encadrer une équipe technique.

Environnement de travail :
Disponibilité pour des interventions d'urgence.
