We are looking for an innovative sports marketer with the ability for building dynamic campaigns that captivate audiences.
The Marketing Manager role is to coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing strategies, coordinate brand initiatives, and drive user growth across various channels.
Assist and analyze performance of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, player acquisition, and retention.
Manage brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and maintaining a compelling brand experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, CRM, Creative, etc.) Assist with translation of various marketing materials to ensure accurate, effective, and culturally relevant messaging.
Participate in the planning and execution of events and activations, ensuring smooth coordination and memorable brand experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies, ensure compliance, and maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to the team as needed.
College/University degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field or relative work experience.
A minimum of 3-4 years of marketing, sports marketing, agency or account management experience.
Fluent in French and English
Strong understanding of various marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate, email) and best practices for each
Team-oriented mindset and project management skills with proven experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals

Le ou la gestionnaire marketing aura pour mandat de coordonner les stratégies marketing interfonctionnelles, de soutenir les initiatives de marque et de contribuer à la croissance des utilisateurs à travers différents canaux.
Appuyer l'analyse et la performance des stratégies marketing intégrées pour accroître la notoriété de la marque, l'acquisition et la rétention des joueurs.
Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (produit, CRM, création, etc.) Participer à la traduction de divers contenus marketing afin d'assurer des messages spécifiques, percutants et adaptés culturellement.
Contribuer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre d'événements et d'activations, en assurant une coordination fluide et une expérience de marque mémorable.
Participer à des projets ad hoc et offrir un soutien à l'équipe au besoin.
Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en marketing, gestion du sport, administration des affaires ou toute autre formation ou expérience pertinente.
Minimum de 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en marketing, marketing sportif, gestion de comptes ou travail en agence.
Parfaitement bilingue - français et anglais.
Excellente compréhension des différents canaux marketing (SEO, PPC, médias sociaux, affiliation, courriel) et des bonnes pratiques qui leur sont associées.
Esprit d'équipe et compétences en gestion de projets, avec une capacité à collaborer efficacement entre départements.
Atout :
expérience dans l'industrie des jeux en ligne (iGaming) ou dans un secteur fortement réglementé.
