Votre rôle
En tant qu'ingénieur(e) conseiller(ère) en énergie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement de nos clients vers des solutions de chauffage adaptées et performantes. Vous serez également responsable de la préparation des soumissions ainsi que du dépôt des demandes de subvention auprès du programme de subvention

• Principales responsabilités
Rencontrer et conseiller les clients afin d'identifier les solutions de chauffage adaptées à leurs besoins.
Préparer les soumissions pour nos services et équipements.
Se déplacer pour visiter les installations des clients et réaliser des évaluations sur place.
Effectuer le calcul de la demande énergétique des bâtiments, principalement dans le secteur agricole.
Évaluer les projets pour déterminer leur admissibilité aux programmes de subvention gouvernementaux.
Préparer et soumettre des dossiers complets dans le cadre du programme
• Collaborer avec les équipes de ventes et de recherche et développement pour optimiser les solutions proposées.
Rester informé des évolutions en matière de subventions et de technologies énergétiques.
Profil recherché
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une organisation rigoureuse.
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, avec un esprit dynamique.
Aptitude à s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer des priorités multiples.
Prêt à faire des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire.
Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation et les énergies renouvelables.
Qualifications recherchées
Diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique, énergétique, mécanique du bâtiment ou domaine connexe.
Connaissance des systèmes de chauffage hydronique.
Familiarité avec les programmes de subvention

Office
• Expérience pertinente en efficacité énergétique ou en projets de conversion énergétique (atout).
Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (atout).
Sens de l'organisation et autonomie.
Excellentes habiletés de communication et de vulgarisation technique.
Bilinguisme (atout).
