You'll be the second boots on the ground, leading business development and pitching to Founders, CCOs, and Talent Heads across coworking, real estate, and tech.Winning work.
We don't chase RPOs or post-and-pray recruiting.
You'll win retained, high-impact searches that actually matter.Delivering excellence.
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, closing - with support from global delivery when needed.Building a team.
Once you're up and running, you'll hire, train, and inspire a North American team under your vision.Being a brand ambassador.
You'll show up to conferences, networking events, client offices - wherever the action is - and represent us with charisma and credibility.Who You AreA headhunter at heart.
