Fonction de Formation Nous recherchons un coordonnateur de formation pour aider les employés syndiqués de notre usine à atteindre leurs objectifs de formation.
Vous serez chargé de la planification et de l'exécution de la formation, ainsi que de la supervision des employés pendant leur formation.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction régionale de l'apprentissage et du développement des compétences pour garantir que la formation soit optimale pour la certification des opérateurs/assistants-opérateurs, etc.
Ce poste nécessite une bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage et une expérience dans la planification et l'exécution de la formation.
Responsabilités :
Planifie et exécute la formation pour les employés syndiqués de l'usine ; Supervise les employés pendant leur formation ; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction régionale de l'apprentissage et du développement des compétences pour garantir que la formation soit optimale ; Gère les relations avec les employés, les superviseurs et les directeurs ; Participer au processus d'embauche des nouveaux employés ; Offrir des formations de groupe pour les employés ; Influencer les autres à être soucieux de la santé et la sécurité au travail ; Suivre et évaluer la formation au niveau de l'usine .

Qualifications requises :
Titulaire d'un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, notamment en gestion des ressources humaines, en administration, etc.
;0 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la planification et l'exécution de la formation, idéalement dans un environnement de production ; À l'aise dans un environnement manufacturier (30% bureau, 70% usine) ; Capacité et volonté de voyager dans le cadre du poste, au besoin ; Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (important) ; Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, vous aurez des communications en anglais avec la direction régionale de l'apprentissage et du développement des compétences ; Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office :
Word, Excel, PowerPoint (important) .
